Nicole Coulter has been practising as a Licensed Property Conveyancer in the local area of Newcastle and Lake Macquarie for 14 years. She began her working career in conveyancing in 1996 as a receptionist in a Newcastle Law firm shortly moving up in the firm to a Conveyancing Assistant. Whilst working in this role her passion for property law encouraged her to enrol in the Conveyancing Law & Practice Course at Macquarie University completing her studies in the year 2000. Immediately after graduating she commenced her role as a Licensed Conveyancer at East Coast Conveyancing Newcastle employed for 13 1/2 years.
During this time she gained a great experience in property law and customer satisfaction that saw her move into a senior role for a number of years as branch manager. In September 2016 Nicole decided to take on the challenge of opening her own business which saw the creation of Coulter Property Conveyancing.
She has a friendly personality and is dedicated to providing her clients with a professional and relaxed conveyancing experience. Nicole enjoys spending her time out of working hours with her two children and husband, relaxing at the beach or lake, shopping and socialising with her many friends.
